Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at RFBEXPRESS.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return your order but must meet the below condition of returns.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over (food essentially).
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
All custom made products that are made and ordered cannot be returned or exchanged in the event you change your mind. Size charts are provided with each product, so please check your size carefully. If there is a problem with the actual manufacturing or printing, or if your product is damaged then please contact us asap within 30 days.

We do not issue the refund if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Unclaimed –Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact us and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
